A domestic, dedicated oat mill

Oat groats are the entire oat kernel, minus the hull. Ours are steamed and kilned for a shelf-stable, who grain ingredient.  

Oat flakes are groats that have been sized and rolled to a specific thickness. Our flakes are available in standard sizes: thick, old-fashioned, quick, instant, and baby. We can also provide custom sizes, please inquire to learn more.  

Oat flour is ground from whole groats through a hammer mill. Great for a gluten-free option for baked goods or other products.
