Oat flakes are groats that have been sized and rolled to a specific thickness. Our flakes are available in standard sizes: thick, old-fashioned, quick, instant, and baby. We can also provide custom sizes, please inquire to learn more.

Our oat flour is made from whole groats ground through a hammer mill. A great gluten-free option for baked goods or other products.
